MOBILE ACTIVATION AND PAYMENT
Jetz washers and dryers come pre-installed with PayRange, an industry standard mobile activation and payment system. Residents simply download the FREE PayRange app onto their smart phone or device, and then load an electronic wallet tied to a valid credit card. They simply swipe to start and pay for their laundry and will receive a push notification when it’s ready (based on approximate machine cycle times).
SMART CARD SYSTEMS
Card systems allow for quicker, more accurate collections, and less risk of vandalism. Card loaders accept bills and credit cards,* and are centrally located in the main office where they are under surveillance and alarmed. Efficiencies are achieved, fuel saved, and our impact on the environment is reduced by using this system.
By using WashAlert or the Speed Queen Insights™ app, residents are able to check the status of their laundry as well. When laundry cycles are complete, an email or text-message is sent to your residents, prompting them to change loads or pick up their items.
