Our goal is to make property owners’ and managers’ jobs easier.

In most cases, questions or concerns regarding your account should be directed to your dedicated Account Manager. However, some easier requests may be handled directly via this webpage. Please choose an action item from the list below:

  • W-9 Form.
    To ensure proper payment and reporting of income, we require an up-to-date W-9 on file. This is especially important if there is a change of ownership or you have purchased a property with Jetz laundry equipment.
  • Direct Deposit Form.
    If you would like to receive commission payments quicker, directly deposited into your account, fill out and return this form to your Account Manager or nearest branch office so we may make those changes.
  • Washboard Online Portal Sign-up.
    Fill out this form and return it to your Account Manager to have secure access to all of your account information online, anytime.
  • Safety Resources ¬†for COVID-19.
    Click on the link above to view and print free posters and sign for the safety of your laundry room.
