Jetz History
On June 8, 1966, a tornado ripped through Topeka, Kansas, destroying everything in its path. In the months following the storm, apartment complexes sprung up to meet the needs of those who had lost their homes during the tornado.
With the construction of these complexes arose a need for laundry services: Jetz Service Co. was born. After the complex shown here was rebuilt, the owners of Jetz
installed their first machines. Jetz began to grow with the new growth of Topeka.
Today, Jetz is still growing. We have branch offices in 11 major cities throughout the Midwest, and we conduct business in 15 states. Our business has expanded to include coin-operated laundry, leasing of domestic and commercial laundry equipment, and sales of laundry equipment.
